MF LX 2000
Synthetic EP Gear Dressing
MF LX 2000 is a heavy duty synthetic, extreme pressure gear dressing formulated specifically for the steel and related industries. Based on polybutene it forms an extremely tenacious coating that will not wash off, even under extremely wet conditions. MF LX 2000 also has excellent high temperature adhesion and will not sag at temperatures up to 350° F.
MF LX-2000 is recommended in the following applications:
- Power shovel pinion and swing gears, track rollers, rack and pinion gears, and bushings.
- Overhead crane gears.
- Press and drop forge gears and drives.
- Transfer table gears.
