Synthetic Metalworking Fluid
Synsol 2000 is a secondary amine free biostable synthetic metalworking fluid.
The product when mixed with water, produces a pleasant, clear, oil free solution with the inherent ability to totally reject tramp oils and other contaminants.
The product is a free from nitrites, phenols, chlorine, sulphur, secondary amines and mineral oils.
The product has a unique high performance lubricity package enabling it to perform many of the operations normally performed by traditional high oil content soluble oils with added Extreme Pressure Additives on both medium to high tensile ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
The ability to totally reject tramp oil and other contaminants also provides for an extremely clean machining environment and high work piece visibility, particularly important in high speed machining operation on materials such as cast irons.
